These are the highest-ranking users on OARP. Bureaucrats head one department, which can be seen here, and are responsible for doing most of the work around the wikia. There is an activity requirement for the Crats, and if one is inactive without further notice for a month, then they're automatically demoted one slot. It is rare that a Crat position will open up for re-election. They are also the ones who control the longer-lasting bans, and it is impossible for an Admin to give a ban longer than two weeks without a Crat's explicit permission.
